About Cheerboards
1. How long does shipping take?
All cheerboards are made to order. Production and delivery typically take a maximum of 5–10 business days but usually arrives faster. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
2. What size are the cheerboards?
Our cheerboards measure 18" × 24" (45.7 × 60.9 cm). This size is large enough to stand out in a crowd, be visible on TV, and make a statement at matches, watch parties, and fan events.
3. Are the cheerboards suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our cheerboards are printed on durable 4 mm fluted polypropylene (corrugated plastic) with a matte finish. They are lightweight, weather-resistant, and designed to handle outdoor sporting events.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each cheerboard is custom-made after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or ordering mistakes.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
