All of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Lost Packages
If a package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
