Thank you for shopping with CheerBoards.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Germany, the European Union, or any other international destinations.

All products are made to order after your purchase is completed.

Orders are typically processed within 12 hours before shipment.

Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, major sporting events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

After production is completed, orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipment, we may be unable to modify or recover the order.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a replacement shipment is required.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
